RH358 Course (5 days)

What is it about?

The goal of the RH358 – Red Hat Service Management and Automation course is to enable participants to learn how to configure, manage, and automate key network services integrated into the Red Hat Enterprise Linux system. During the course, students will learn how to manually install and configure basic services, and then how to use Ansible to automate them, thereby ensuring scalability and reliability. During the course, students will master the curriculum using Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.4 and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform 2.4, and will complete the hands-on exercises using these software tools. After completing the course, students will have access to the virtual lab environment for an additional 45 days, during which they can further deepen and practice the knowledge they have acquired.

Who is this course recommended for?

This course is designed for IT professionals (Linux system administrators, DevOps engineers, network engineers, IT infrastructure managers, web and database administrators, and cloud system operators) who have experience in Linux system administration and wish to expand their knowledge of managing and automating network services.

Prerequisite for starting the course:

The training program does not require a specific degree, but a degree in computer science (at the high school or college level) may be an advantage; in addition, knowledge of the following is recommended:

• Linux system administration skills at the Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) level
• Basic knowledge of Ansible, such as completion of the RH294 course or equivalent practical experience
