ULX INDIVIDUAL AND SPECIALIZED TRAINING
When it comes to open source enterprise software technologies, including the implementation and support of Red Hat solutions, we have been aware from the outset that we can only be successful—together with our customers—if, in addition to having in-depth knowledge of the technologies, we are also able to pass on this knowledge share it with the professionals (both customers and technology partners) who will be using these solutions. This realization led us to provide training alongside product and technology transfer almost from the very beginning.
ULX has been an official training partner of Red Hat for more than two decades, offering training in all Red Hat technologies that we deal with and are present on the market.
Our guiding principle is that our training courses, including Red Hat training, are delivered by colleagues who implement and support these technologies and products on a daily basis. This ensures that we have the most competent and professionally credible team of trainers possible.
Customized training
We encounter numerous cases where official manufacturer training courses do not fully cover our customers' needs for some reason. This may be the case, for example, when we deliver a special software solution or complex system where, in addition to product knowledge, equal emphasis is placed on the interaction of different components and technologies, specific features relevant to the given environment, unique solutions, and methods of use.
In these cases, we provide customized training for our clients, where we discuss the topics with them in advance and put together customized training materials—including topics, handouts, and special lab environments—that are targeted and cover the specific system implemented by the client.
Of course, these customized training courses also include the transfer of knowledge related to software products (whether Red Hat, EnterpriseDB, or other technologies), but in the case of these customized training courses, the primary guiding principle is to provide as complete an understanding of the implemented solution as possible.
Special training courses, workshops
In addition to traditional or customized training, we also address real customer needs when we deal with complex issues that are not necessarily related to a specific product or technology, but rather to a given topic, problem, or technological interest. To meet these needs, we provide professional workshops or special training courses, where we combine our existing professional expertise with knowledge of the given field (domain) to ensure effective brainstorming and knowledge transfer for our clients.
Workshops and special training courses may be linked to a specific product or technology, but they can naturally go beyond their boundaries.
Classroom, remote, hybrid?
All of our Red Hat training courses are tailored to the needs of our customers, providing the opportunity for in-person (classroom) participation at ULX's state-of-the-art training center, as well as remote participation. Of course, training courses can also be conducted in a hybrid format (partly in-person, partly remote).
In addition to the above, Red Hat's official training courses are also available entirely online, in which case the student is directly connected to the Red Hat training environment.
