EDB for Postgres and Oracle DBAs (2 days)

What is it about?

This course is specifically designed for experienced Oracle DBAs who want to quickly and efficiently learn how EnterpriseDB Postgres Advanced Server (EPAS) works and how to operate it. The goal of the training is to build upon existing Oracle knowledge and, drawing on that foundation, introduce the specific features, architecture, command-line tools, configuration, and maintenance of the EDB Postgres environment. Special attention is given to migrating Oracle objects to Postgres, as well as a detailed comparison of the similarities and differences between EPAS and Oracle.
