What is it about?
In this course, students will gain insight into the scientific methods and methodologies of troubleshooting, which they can apply in areas such as identifying problems with system boot processes, detecting hardware failures, and managing storage, package (RPM), and network issues, handling errors and anomalies related to third-party applications, security issues, and kernel-related problems. By the end of the course, students will be able to test and verify the knowledge gained in the course through lab exercises covering complex scenarios.
Who is this course recommended for?
We recommend this course primarily to experienced, advanced system administrators who want to learn more about the intricacies of troubleshooting and fixing errors.
Prerequisite for starting the course:
The training program has no specific educational requirements, but a degree in computer science (at the high school or college level) and RHCSA and RHCE certifications—or equivalent knowledge—may be advantageous.
