What is it about?

The DO346 – Migrating Virtual Machines to Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization Using Ansible Automation Platform course provides the fundamental knowledge required to migrate virtual machines to Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization. The curriculum is based on carefully curated content from the Managing Virtual Machines in Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization (DO316) and Automate and Manage Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization with Ansible (DO336) courses. This training offers IT professionals a shortened learning path for migrating their virtualized computing workloads to the OpenShift Virtualization environment. The course is based on OpenShift Container Platform 4.16, OpenShift Virtualization 4.16, and Ansible Automation Platform 2.4 Red Hat technologies.

Who is this course recommended for?

Virtual machine administrators who want to migrate their virtualized workloads from traditional hypervisors to the OpenShift Virtualization platform, as well as Kubernetes administrators (cluster administrators and engineers) who want to support containerized and virtualized workloads within the same OpenShift cluster.

Prerequisite for starting the course:

Completion of the course is not linked to educational qualifications, but IT qualifications (secondary or higher education) and/or practical experience may be an advantage.
